How do I book a photography session?
Booking a session starts with creating a client intake form to express your interest in booking. I will reach out to you and plan the type of session and look that you desire.
What happens if we run into inclement weather for the session?
If weather effects our session, then I will happily reschedule and not charge a rescheduling fee.
What if we reschedule due to weather or emergency and I do not want to reschedule?
I do not wish to reschedule after these events, a full refund of your deposit will be issued back.
How soon will I get the images back after our session?
The images will be sent back within 2-7 days after your final payment unless we have worked out other arrangements.
Do you have props?
No, I do not provide props for sessions. The client will have to bring any props that you will want for your sessions. I can provide guidance and suggest props for sessions.
What happens if I arrive late to my session?
If you arrive late a session, it is up to me for allowing extra time or cutting the session short. I have a busy schedule and may have other needs to take care of elsewhere, please be courteous of his time.
What if Rodrayius does not get back to me in 48 hours?
If this occurs, contact him directly by calling him at (704) 603-7212.
What if we cannot make the session due to a family emergency?
Same as the inclement weather, we can pick another time.
Can I see the raw images after our session?
Yes, however due to limited storage and an influx of other sessions, I will have to delete all the other images that are not edited or used after our session. These images will get deleted within 1-2 weeks after our session.
How can I get the images after the session is done?
After I am finished editing, a drop box link with the final edits will be sent to either your email or phone for you to keep.
Can I book a mini session?
All sessions are a minimum of 1 hour. If do not choose to use your full hour, you’ll be charged for a full hour session.

In order to book our services:

Deposits are 50% of the total cost

No bookings can be made less than 2 weeks in advance

A client intake form must be filled out before the studio/portrait session or event
Additional fees:

Studio rental: $150 per hour plus the cost of booking the studio

Stock images: $5 for stock images from events

Premium Stock: Premium Stock images will cost upward of $100

A nonrefundable deposit of 50% of the total cost is required at the time of booking to secure your slot.

For clients located more than 45 minutes away, a travel fee of $25 per every 45 minutes of driving will be added.

If you need to reschedule your photo session, you must do so at least 48 hours in advance, except in the case of an emergency. A fee of $50 will be charged for last-minute rescheduling.

In the event of inclement weather, I will happily reschedule your session.

Please note that I require at least 2 weeks notice for booking requests. For last-minute bookings, an up-charge will be applied.

To book a session, kindly fill out the client intake form. I accept inquiries via email, direct messages, or text, but please note that the booking will not be confirmed until the client intake form is completed.

After the client intake form is submitted, I will send you an email or text to confirm your booking.

Portrait sessions include 15 edited photos per hour, with the option to purchase additional edited photos for $5 each.

Once the client intake form is completed, I will discuss a date for your photo session and the date by which your edited photos will be delivered. You will also receive a contract that must be signed and returned before the session is officially booked.

Group rates: For non-events portrait sessions, Groups of 5+ will be subjected to group fees for your portrait session. A fee of $20 per person will be added to the final price.

There is a $50 up charge for last second bookings.

Groups for Headshots: 5+ people will charge $35 per person. 10+ people will charge $25 per person.
